Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different style, length, or colour, subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@rennicksluxehair.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Eligible Items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or final sale items
